Our standard return-to-Racoo calibration service has an estimated turnaround of 7 working days from receipt of the instrument, provided the device passes calibration and no repairs or additional diagnostic work are required.

For organisations requiring a quicker turnaround, Racoo offers an expedited calibration service with tracked DHL transport.
The estimated turnaround is 3 working days from receipt, provided the instrument passes calibration and does not require repair or additional diagnostic work.
Where applicable, Racoo can arrange a two-way DHL service, helping simplify the process of sending your breathalyser to us and returning it once calibration is complete.
