Psychological Assessment

An in-depth psychological assessment will be conducted by an experienced and specialist psychotherapist, determining the client’s motivation to change, the severity of their addictive behavioural pattern, their attitude, the degree of vulnerability and stress experienced by the client and their capacity to manage their problem.

Psychotherapists and specialist therapists will provide confidential assessment services to suit the need of the individual and the organisation. Full assessments can be conducted worldwide on or off-site at any given location.

After assessment, a range of therapeutic treatment options will be provided for the Occupational Health and HR Departments to consider.

Interventions

An appropriate programme of therapeutic intervention will be devised. Access to a variety of laboratory testing methods will be available to support diagnosis and assist development of an appropriate, tailor-made care pathway.

Clinical Treatment Programmes

Racoo Screening can provide cost effective, clinical treatment programmes for individuals who require a medical detoxification before rehabilitation and therapy can begin. Dependant on client needs, our programmes range from 7 to 12 days.

Racoo Screening have developed a close working relationship with a number of highly reputable, independent, specialist drugs and alcohol detoxification clinics within the U.K.

Therapeutic programmes

The assessing psychotherapist will advise on the most appropriate and beneficial programme of therapeutic care for that particular individual.

Telephone mentoring and counsellingRegular interim reports on the employee’s progress, attendance and suitability for work will be provided as part of the care programme.
